Draft terms
This is a working draft for CiteSpire. It is not a signed agreement. The sentences below are the product rules the site is built on.
Price lock
You lock the price that is live when you join. That monthly price stays for as long as you stay subscribed. The live price is $29. It later steps up to $99.
If a subscription lapses for 30 days, the locked price ends. Rejoining is at the price live at that time.
Quota level-up
Every active member automatically levels up to the current tier's check quota as we grow (join at $29, get the same checks as members joining at $99).
The level-up changes the check quota to whatever quota is live with the public price. It does not change the price you locked, and it does not move you onto a higher price.
Feature unlocks
- 150 members. Third engine: Claude. Claude unlocks. OpenAI and Claude together stay within half of monthly checks, including packs.
- 300 members. Daily refresh and 90-day history. Daily refresh, and answer history kept for 90 days.
- 500 members. Alerts, competitors, and CSV. Mention alerts, up to 3 competitors on the same questions, and a CSV of the month.
- 1,000+ members. More engines, an API, and deeper history. Further engines, a read API, and history that runs longer than 90 days.
Capacity
We never throttle an account within its quota. The only change under load is that future level-ups and unlocks may pause.
A pause holds future level-ups or a milestone. It does not slow the checks already inside an account's quota, it does not raise a locked price, and it does not delete checks already in the current month. Limits and features are subject to change.
Engine cap
OpenAI and Claude combined are capped at 50% of an account's monthly checks, including check packs, so at least half run on Perplexity.
Check packs
+500 checks for $15, +1,500 checks for $45, and +1,000 Perplexity-only checks for $19. Packs expire monthly. Unused checks do not roll over, and pack prices are not locked.
